            Physical properties of protein:
 Proteins are the building blocks of life and there are estimated to be almost 1 million different proteins in a normal animal cell.  Each protein has very different and unique physical properties.
           Chemical properties of the ingredient:
 Proteins are the most abundant class of biological macromolecules as they represent over 50% of the dry weight of cells. They are involved in virtually all chemical reactions and processes occurring in life forms as well as in the mechanical support and filamentous architecture within and between cells. Irrespective of their functional or structural role, they all are formed from the same 20 building blocks, called amino acids, which are joined end‐to‐end through covalent linkages termed peptide bonds.

                                              Health affects:

 It's easy to understand the excitement. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

                                                Protein
Proteins are made up of smaller building blocks called amino acids, joined together in chains. There are 20 different amino acids. Some proteins are just a few amino acids long, while others are made up of several thousands. These chains of amino acids fold up in complex ways, giving each protein a unique 3D shape.

            PURPOSE OF INCLUDING FIBER IN MANGO:
Mangoes rank as the most widely consumed fruit in the world. Known as the “king of fruits” in its native India, the mango is a fiber-rich, nutrient-dense tropical fruit that, given its exceptional sweetness, is reasonably low in calories. Because its skin is inedible, all of a mango’s beneficial fiber is found in its fragrant, juicy flesh.

             INGREDIENT: 2
                           Dietary fiber:

                    What is it made of?
 Fiber is made up of non-starch polysaccharides, such as cellulose, dextrins, inulin, lignin, chitins, pectins, beta-glucans, waxes and oligosaccharides. The word fiber is misleading, because many types of dietary fibers are not fibers at all. There are two broad types of fiber, soluble and insoluble.

                                                        HEALTH AFFECTS

  • Blood sugar control: Soluble fiber may help to slow your body’s breakdown of carbohydrates and the absorption of sugar, helping with blood sugar control.
  • Heart health: An inverse association has been found between fiber intake and heart attack, and research shows that those eating a high-fiber diet have a 40 percent lower risk of heart disease.
     Skin health: Fiber, particularly psyllium husk, may help move yeast and fungus out of your body, preventing them from being excreted through your skin where they could trigger acne or rashes.

    Purpose of including sugar in mango:

    the purpose of including this ingredient in the mango is to make it taste good and
    you’ll also get lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber.

           HEALTH EFFECTS OF SUGAR
    Sugar in excess is a toxin, unrelated to its calories. The dose determines the poison. Like alcohol, a little sugar is fine, but a lot is not. And the food industry has put us way over our limit.
    Sweeteners condition our taste buds to want more sweet. Consuming excessive amounts of sugar triggers your brain and body to want sugar most of the time. If your blood sugar dips down, your body gets a signal to eat more sugar. It's almost as if your system has been hijacked.
     Overall, a little sugar is good for your body, but not a lot because it can affect you. Sugar isn’t always bad, but if you’re following a stringent low-carb diet or watching your sugar intake to manage your diabetes, you’ll need to closely monitor the amount of sugar you consume. Naturally occurring sugars from fruits like mango usually aren't a big concern because you’ll also get lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Sugar is more of a problem when you eat processed, sugary snacks that give you a lot of calories without much nutrition.
                                PRODUCT :MANGO
    Ingredient 1: SUGAR
    What is it made of?
    Like all compounds made from these three elements, sugar is a carbohydrate. It's found naturally in most plants, but especially in sugarcane and sugar beets—hence their names. Sucrose is actually two simpler sugars stuck together: fructose and glucose.
     CHEMICAL NAME : CARBOHYDRATES
    Chemical formula: Cn(h2o)

         Physical properties of sugar:
    Sugar is primarily an inexpensive natural sweetener and a nutritive carbohydrate. Its sweetness profile is generally not matched by other carbohydrates or artificial sweeteners, and is stable over time.
    Sugar provides many other useful properties:
    high concentrations of sugar may act as a preservative (by osmotic effect) against most micro-organisms;
    low concentrations of sugar can be a flavour enhancer;
    sugar performs as an anti-oxidant;
    sugar modifies boiling and freezing points of mixtures and solutions;
    sugar has humectant properties;
    sugar is important as a fermentable in breads, and brewed beverages;
    sugar contributes “body” and “mouth feel” to all sweetened beverages.
    Sugar is an established ingredient in food and beverage preparation because of its unique versatility and its compatibility with normal processing requirements such as cooking, freezing, dissolving and blending.
    Sugar is also used for its chemical and physical properties in some non food applications.

    chemical properties of sugar:

    As a chemical term, “sugar” usually refers to all carbohydrates of the general formula Cn(H2O)n.Sugarcane ranges from 7 to 18 percent sugar by weight, while sugar beets are from 8 to 22 percent sugar by weight. Sucrose from either source (or from two relatively minor sources, the sugar maple tree and the date palm) is the same molecule, yielding 3.94 calories per gram as do all carbohydrates. Differences in sugar products come from other components isolated with sucrose.
